The trouble with tribbles is, apparently, that they aren't the right shape to be useful for Tony's purposes. No matter. Yesterday, while critiquing Deborah's drawing of Toby, Tony invented a "shaved mutant tribble", cylindrical in shape, to illustrate what happens to Toby's stubble as it turns under his jawline. This lead to much discussion of the principle of the "tribble horizon". Surely Deborah will not forget this example.
Following the discussion, it was decided that members of the Ryder Studio would found a band called "The Shaved Mutant Tribbles". There is a rumor that
Tobias Hall (AKA "Cosmic Ray"), of the band "Photon Envelope" (lead singer and guitarist
Tim Stotz, of
Studio Escalier) may defect to the Tribbles.
